Don’t Fall Prey To Internet Scams

Posted in: Internet Marketing |

There are tons of ways to make money on the internet, but no matter which route you choose, achieving online success in my opinion still takes “Hard Work” & “Commitment”.

However, many beginner marketers wants the “Shortcut” to success and surfs the internet constantly on the lookout for “Get Rich Quick” programs that would propel them to instant online riches.

Everywhere you look, you will probably find an ad to that “Proves” to you or “Teaches” you how to make money online, some even posting unbelievable 6 figure income statements.

A word of caution though, while some of these marketing programs are perfectly legal ideas that can help you kick start your own online business, others are nothing more than internet marketing scams.

So how do we know which business opportunities are real and which are money eating scams?

I wish I could give you a definitive answer to that question but I can’t, we just have to open our eyes and not fall prey to the countless $$$ flashing across the screen.

Like i mentioned earlier, victims of these bottom feeding scam artists are usually beginner internet marketers who are “Too Eager” to believe and “Desperate” to make heap of fast cash from all the hype surrounding the internet.

Unfortunately, most of them usually find out the truth the hard way, when it is already too late and hard earned money has already been poured down the drain.

Luckily, you don’t have to be one of those unfortunate people who got conned by an internet scam artist.

There are tips and warning signs to look out for before deciding if you want to take part in any internet marketing programs out there.

Tip Number 1

Usually. when a business opportunity appears too good to be true, then chances are it ain’t gonna be true, simple as that.

MLM scams, otherwise known as Pyramid scams are typical examples of business opportunity that is too good to be true.

Can you imagine making ten times or even a hundred times your initial investment just by signing up more people with no “Real” work done.

Definitely a scam.

Tip Number 2

Don’t believe 100% what you see as “Financial” proof, especially snap-shots of ridiculously large pay checks and outrageous sales results.

I don’t deny that it is possible to make huge amounts of money online but it also depends on who is making that kind of money.

Your reputation as a trustworthy internet marketer takes time and effort to build up.

Come on, who would want to buy from you if nobody ever heard your name before, let alone buy your “Get Rich Quick” product or program that promises to make them a millionaire over-night just by displaying your “Off The Scale” sales report and bank statement.

In case you are not aware, there is a brilliant graphical software called “Photoshop” on the market.

And if you have the necessary graphical knowledge, you can do wonders with any form of graphics available.

FYI, in my offline business, I run an advertising business where I make use of graphical softwares like Photoshop daily.

Just give me 5 minutes and I can turn a picture of your $100 paycheck into a $10,000 paycheck right before your very eyes. Moreover, graphical editing services can also be easily outsourced at a decent rates at sites like Getafreelancer.com and Elance.com.

Tip Number 3

Testimonials sometimes don’t give you a “Full” picture of what the product or program really represents.

Have you wondered how certain products managed to get great reviews and feedback testimonials from loads of people when it is newly launched?

Well, it’s common practice for product owners to give away their products to friends, affiliates, JV partners and other parties for beta testing and constructive feedbacks.

Look at for the kind of people who are actually endorsing these products, are they themselves reputable internet marketers, actual marketers who you can put a face to, or people who actually own real internet business etc.

If done properly, it serves as a great mechanism to know whether that product really works, “Social Proof” is one great way of endorsing your product.

Nobody wants to ruin their own reputation by endorsing a product that doesn’t work right?

However, many unscrupulous product owners sometimes “Create” their own testimonials to portray the effect of social acceptance and increase their sales rate.

You have probably seen testimonials that give a favorable comment and leaves just a name and a general address, probably just the country or state.

There is no way you can tell whether these testimonials are true or false.

Verifiable testimonials are those who include their names, website addresss or even a specific mailing address for that matter so that it allows the potential customers a chance to find out for themselves how useful or applicable that product is to them.

Unfortunately, most of us are so “Trusting”, we tend to take for granted that these testimonials are generally true and do not take the additional step to find out more.

We have this presumption that the more the testimonials the better the product is, and this naive trait of ours tend to be our archilles heels for internet scammers.

The truth is that there are definately real and legitimate ways to make money from the internet.

But you don’t have to be the victim of internet business scams.

All you have to do is arm yourself with the knowledge necessary to avoid these pitfalls and you can be well on your way to making money online with an honest business that is set up to help you succeed.

Review On Mike Filsaime

Posted in: Reviews On Internet Marketing Gurus |

Mike Filsaime is an amazing internet marketer who achieved “Guru” status in the internet marketing world possibly in the shortest time ever.

Mike Filsaime

Mike is born and bought up in Long Island New York.

He studied Computer Science and Business Administration at the New York Institute of Technology which laid the foundations for his rapid rise to success in the internet marketing arena.

But before he started his internet marketing business, he used to be the General Manager of one of the nations largest Auto Dealers.

With 14 years of experience in the auto business under his belt, Mike is an expert on various fields such as Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Customer Service, and long term Business Principles.

He is vastly popular among internet marketers today because of his excellent marketing skills & techniques.

Mike is one of the “Gurus” I model myself against because of the similarities we share in terms of educational background and business experiences.

And like most aspiring internet marketers out there, he started off his internet marketing business like everyone else, on a part time basis.  And look how it grew by leaps and bounces today.

Mike is an avid reader and strong believer of constant learning, striving to learn all he could about internet marketing so as to improve both his knowledge as well as business acumen.

Personally, I like the way Mike puts through and explains his thoughts and ideas in his various reports and manuscripts because he treats every reader as a layman and teaches things in such a way that anyone can understand, especially if you are an internet newbie.

He constantly preaches the idea that there is “No Need To Re-Invent The Wheel”, insisting that there is no need for any special techniques for selling on the Internet, except for continual learning and putting what works into practice.

And judging from the level of online success he has achieved just by following in the footsteps of other internet marketers greats. i reckon he has the formulated the “Right” methodology to achieving an financial pipeline to online success.

Since achieving “Guru” status, he has written plenty of articles on Internet marketing and currently shares most of his ideas with others through his newsletters and blogs.

In my view, he is what i termed as a an all rounded internet marketer.

He is an author, software developer, renowned speaker, personal coach, business consultant, and above all an intensive internet marketer.

Practically half of my email in-box is jammed packed with his newsletters and marketing tips.

Mike Filsaime owns several dozen web sites and a host of marketing products.

So many that I can only describe those that I have personally came across or have bought before and these includes the following:

The Resource Report (TRR)

Mike’s FREE report reveals every tool he uses to run his entire online empire with all of the junk taken out to save you precious time and money as you build your profit making business online.

Learn what tools Mike is using to generate his multi-million empire in this Free Report.

Viral Friend Generator (VFG)

This is a very influential viral marketing tool that I am also putting to good effect on my sites.

It basically works on the principle that friends love to share good stuff.

Take for example, if you have just watched a good movie and your buddy who is a movie buff asks your opinion about what movies are worth watching.

Your natural instinct is to recommend that movie to him or her right? The movie company obviously didn’t pay you any commission to help them promote that movie, but we did it anyway right?

Learn how you can make use of VFG to generate an exponential amount of visitors to your site.

Word Press Cloner (WPC)

Since blogging is the next big thing on the internet right now, and almost everyone ranging from your 3 year old neighbor to your 80 year old granny probably has a blog too.

And judging from the time spent surfing the internet looking for new and worthwhile opportunities,  i bet you that you must have surely came across a blog that you truly like and wish you had one that is exactly or at least similar to it.

Unfortunately, it so happens that you are not programmer material and know nuts about HTML and programming, then this new and “Easy to Use” software is the way to go.

It lets you clone your very own totally configurable Word Press Blog, install it on a brand new sub-domain without even starting C-Panel. How cool is that? Check out this piece of amazing software here.

The 7 Figure Code (T7FC)

This DVD Home Study Course contains numerous DVD titles as well as a 85 page report based on his $5,000 per person workshop attended by over 150 eager internet marketers all trying to learn how to build a seven-figure business from the VIPs of Million Dollar Marketing.

It also comes with 18 process maps and a free issue of The Marketing Dot Com Printed Newsletter.
ButterflyMarketing.com

Every internet market secrets that Mike has up his sleeve is exposed here.

It is something not to be missed if you are not part of the elite 150 marketers to have personally made it for his “Live” event. Find out more about T7FC.

Butterfly Marketing (BM)

Arguably,  one of his greatest projects. This Home Study Course explains how some of the elite memberships sites are earning top internet marketers as much as$100,000+ per month online.

It also includes Mike’s own viral membership site creating software that he is currently using to earn a full time income online.

It’s a bit on the steep side but if you fully understood and put to use his techniques, you could well be on your way to building a pipeline to financial freedom yourself.

Don’t miss out on this gem, worth every single cent invested.
