However, what we don’t often heard is that in our dire pursuit of online riches, the internet marketing hype has also left “Millions” struggling to even make a single dollar online.
There are a thousand and one reason why so many aspiring internet marketers fail online, but after much research, these can be broadly classified into a few major reasons.

Having the Correct Mindset in my humble opinion is the single most important factor in determining your online success, especially in the long run if you wish to sustain a residual income.
The type of mindset you possess can make or break you in your online endeavors.
And if you do not have the correct mindset to start with, chances are, you will probably soon join the ranks of countless “Internet Wannabes” out there, if you get my drift.
Succeeding online requires you to invest both your “TIME” and “EFFORT” into the online business opportunity you chose to pursue.
Remember nothing ventured, nothing gained.
Unfortunately, I personally feel that there is too much “Hype” surrounding the notion that internet marketing is one of the fastest and easiest way to make a buck today.
Everywhere you go online, there are countless ads stating that you can make tens of thousands of dollars a week merely doing only a few hours of work and some programs doesn’t even require you to have a large capital or time investment to start with.
This gives people the idea that making money online is “Easy” and they often don’t cherish a good business opportunity when they see one.
A lot of people enter the foray of internet marketing with No Definitive Master Plan, Marketing Strategy, and Goals.
Most simply adopt what i termed as a “TRY TRY” attitude, hoping that with a little bit of “Luck”, everything might just work out for them.
This a very huge mistake!
To succeed, you must understand how much and what type of effort is necessary.
Winners do whatever it takes to succeed and are not afraid of the dreaded 4 letter word called “WORK”.
Another common misconception most aspiring would-be marketers have is that running a “Real” business requires you to have a physical office and a bunch of employees to conduct the day to day task of handling the business.
They simply don’t take their online business seriously enough as they cannot visualize the psychological aspect of an online business.
This is worsen by the fact that most successful internet marketers are being portrayed as carefree individuals working straight out of a laptop along the beaches of some holiday resort in the Bahamas.
Sometimes people only see the shining glimmer behind every successful internet marketer’s achievements.
They can only “SEE” the fancy cars, the huge pay-checks but never the blood, tears and sweat these highly successful marketers put into their online business before they finally achieved fame and fortune.
In a nutshell, for anyone to succeed online, you must first believe in your ability to succeed, take your chosen online business opportunity seriously and be willing to put in all necessary time and effort to make things work.
Remember, if you don’t treat your online business seriously enough, the results will be clearly evident, especially if you are doing it on a part time basis.
How you decide to treat your online business will directly determine how your online business treats you in return especially in the form of monetary rewards.
