Tips To Increase The Effectiveness Of Your Article Resource Box

If you have read my previous couple of posts on Article Marketing, you should have noticed that the Article Resource Box or Author’s Bio Box plays a crucial role in terms of generating traffic back to your site.
Here are some more tips you can utilize to fine tune your Article Resource Box to become an effective traffic generation component of your article marketing efforts.
(1) Self Branding
The first thing you should always remember is to include in your your own name in the Author’s bio Box, otherwise they wouldn’t call it the Author’s Bio Box for no reason right?
You will be surprised at how many people actually forgot to even include their names here.
Come on, it is the only component in your entire article marketing efforts that allows you to establish Self Branding and build your reputation as an expert in your selected niche.
And from a psychological point of view, always strive to write a description of yourself in a fairly causal and “Human” way.
This will let your readers know that what they are reading is actually from a real person and not a business or company.
Believe it or not, but the style you present yourself will determine whether readers will be interested in finding our more about you and the information you are providing.
(2) Domain Branding
The second most important component that we must include is definitely the Domain Name containing the URL link where we wish our readers to visit.
Always ensure you use a valid URL link instead of an anchor text link as this will ensure that your link remains active when a publisher re-uses your article.
Example : http://www.your-domain-name.com/
(3) Sales Pitch
As i mentioned, try styling your sales pitch to that of a “Classified Ad”.
I know writing a professional looking classified ad is a whole science on its own and trying to squeeze so many things in 3 small lines is a daunting task for most of us.
Just to simplify things, think of your business’s Unique Selling Proposition and write your sales pitch in terms of how your business or product can help your readers solve their problems.
(4) Call To Action
Last but certainly not least, we need a strong “Call To Action” in your Article Resource Box that “nudges” your readers one step closer to visiting your site or buying your product.
In fact, there is no need for anything spectacular, just a simple “Click here to visit my website” will suffice.
Remember, this is the make or break section where you “Ask For The Sale” or risk losing that reader forever.
Simply by following these 4 simple rules, and you can well be on your way to getting more Targeted Traffic for your website.
